Philip-Lorca diCorcia

This is a cover of a book I found in the library. This photographer has pushed me to do thing unlike anything I have ever done.  I really enjoy his use of lighting. There is something very science-fiction about his work which I am all about.  These photo(sorry for the size) are intriguing. I wonder what inspires these, and they make me want to know more about each one.  I love when there is much mystery in a shot.  diCorcia went to Yale and got a Master of Fine Arts in Photography.  He has had exhibits all over the USA and Europe. He uses much planned staging and theatrical movements. His lighting is very cinematic and ethereal. I enjoy his work a lot. This is a well done book.
